Toolmaking and sharpening
- Our Company has a SAACKE UWI F type toolmaking and sharpening machine, and a Michael Deckel S20 type tool sharpening device.
- These machines comply with the most up-to-date technological requirements.
- Such machines enable our Company to meet the increasing demand for toolmaking and sharpening, inhouse and for external customers alike.
- As a result, our production processes have become more efficient, with higher level of productivity.
- Our Company involves external contractors to provide tool coating.
CAD / CAM
- The Company’s technology experts use the most state of the art CAD/CAM programs, to meet the highest Customer demands.
- The 3D design software products used enable us to manufacture new products, or products yet unknown to our Company, for existing and new Customers alike, at the highest precision level.
- Our Company uses the Siemens NX9.0 software product.
- For programming, saving files, and for the registration system, our Company uses the CIMCO Edit V7.5 software program.
- We also use the IQ-RM 6.5 software program for the making of APQP documentation (process charts, FMEA, control plans)
Our products
- Our Company manufactures spare parts for the machine and automotive industries, ranging from small size spare parts of high precision, to the casting of complex geometric shapes.
